Centennial Crafted Beer + Eatery is a craft beer bar / restaurant in River North, featuring a food menu that complements our passion for beer.We are seeking a motivated Line Cook who is a strong team player, and wants to play an important role in providing our guests with great food and the overall success of the restaurant. Opportunity for growth based on performance.Requirements:- Minimum 3 years as a line cook in a high volume restaurant- Able to work nights and weekends- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a sense of urgency- Able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift- Good attitude and team player- Reliable- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures- Food Handler certification
